The Carrollton Fire Department will host it's annual Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 16. The Wood Heights Fire Protection District and Police Department will host an Easter Egg Hunt from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at the Wood Heights Fire Protection District. The hunt will start at 3 p.m. Egg decorating and games will also be available. Attendees are encouraged to take their own baskets.
The Southside Baptist Church in Carrollton will host a Sunrise Easter Service. Following the service, attendees are welcome to attend a breakfast, starting at 6:30 a.m.

The Linn County Republican Women will meet Thursday April 21 at the Burris Community Center in Brookfield at 6:30pm. The Caring for America project will be the Linn County Food Pantry.
