All proceeds from this year’s event will go toward training and competition for 1\,200 Missouri athletes who participate in the Special Olympics in the north Missouri area. \nThe Polar Plunge is open to anyone ages 10 and older\, with a Pee Wee Plunge for children ages nine and younger. The event is hosted by Chillicothe Correctional Center and registration begins at 11:30 a.m. the morning of the event (Feb. 15).
